World Mental Health Day is just two days away, and this year’s theme, “Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change”, feels particularly relevant to Always On Shift.
Our campaign was built around something we are hearing directly from people reaching out to us for support: the shift can end, but the pressure does not always end with it.
Always On Shift brings those experiences to life, from replaying a difficult shift and checking work messages at home to worrying about tomorrow or struggling to switch off and sleep.
